The business is known for working in live environments and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and programme control.Your new roleAs Freelance Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of an £11m office refurbishment within a live university campus in Manchester.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, maintain programme momentum, and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard while liaising closely with the wider project team.What you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects £5m+Strong commercial / office refurbishment backgroundExperience working in live or occupied environmentsSMSTS, CSCS, and First AidStrong leadership, organisation, and communication skillsWhat you'll get in return£26 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)Approx.
