Production Operative

Description of the role The manufacture of emergency flotation systems for helicopters, including the production of sub ASSY parts required to enable float assembly. Key Responsibilities of the Role To manufacture floats and or sub ASSY parts using drawings, SOPs and process specs, with the use of chemicals and solvents and small hand tools. Mandatory Requirements - Good team player - Able to take and understand instruction - Attention to detail - Don’t walk by attitude - Be able to stand or sit for long periods at a time Desirable Experience & Skills  - Able to read a technical drawing - Use of hand tools - Rf welding machine experience - Decorating experience – brush use and liquid application Working Hours 07:30 -16:15: Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:00: Fridays (Every other Friday is a non-working day) Due to the nature of the role we are only able to accept applications from candidates with a recent UK 5 year checkable work history
