About the role As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the hotel’s maintenance function, taking full ownership of all maintenance activity across the property. You’ll ensure work is delivered to a high standard, balancing hands-on tasks with team leadership and compliance oversight. You’ll lead a small team, driving performance while supporting their development, and work closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team. This is a role for someone who is confident working independently, managing priorities and making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Alongside day-to-day operations, you’ll play a key role in compliance, audits and asset management, ensuring the hotel is safe, well-maintained and operating at its best.
