The Role You will: Lead the new store opening , from recruitment and training through to launch.

Take ownership of sales, KPIs and commercial performance .

Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.

Drive strong standards across VM, stock management and store operations .

Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales.

Build a positive, high-performance team culture.

Work closely with the wider business on launches and commercial initiatives.

About You We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or Flagship Store Manager with: Strong experience within fashion, premium retail .

A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.

Experience leading and developing retail teams.
