This well-regarded property team in Leeds is seeking to recruit a Property lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. The team offers specialised legal services across a range of property sectors including rural and agricultural law, charity, ecclesiastical and heritage property, schools property (notably independent schools and academies), development work, energy and renewable schemes, and residential transactions. They act for a diverse client base including commercial investors, property development companies, private individuals, rail operators, pension schemes and landed estates. They have extensive experience across the full spectrum of commercial and residential property work, including:

• sales and purchases of all types of commercial property, including office, industrial and retail sectors;
• advising on the acquisition of development sites and preparing them for onward unit sales, including drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements, easements, utilities agreements, and other ancillary documents;
• providing commercial property due diligence support on corporate sales and purchases;
• overage agreements and conditional contracts;
• licences, easement and wayleaves;
• sales and purchases of high value and complex residential properties;
• financing arrangements for both commercial and residential property;
• providing property input on wider private client and estate planning matters where property assets form part of the overall strategy. xwzovoh

If you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a property-related seat during your training and if you are already qualified, you will currently specialise in either Commercial Property, Agricultural Property or a mix of Commercial Property and Residential Property.
