Electrical Project Manager

Freelance Electrical Project Manager Location: Coventry Rate: Up to £450 per day - £500 per day CIS or LTD Contract: 9 months Start: ASAP 300 North is recruiting an experienced Freelance Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical installation on a repurposed site. The site is 12 months in. All commercial work. They have the full MEP package and have sub contracted into several packages to labour only contractors. This role requires someone who is strong at driving a job and delivering. Key responsibilities: - Managing electrical projects through to handover - Coordinating electrical subcontractors, consultants and supply-chain partners - Managing project programmes, budgets, variations and commercial performance - Reviewing designs, specifications, RAMS and technical submissions - Ensuring compliance with CDM, health and safety and electrical regulations - Managing client, stakeholder and end-user relationships - Overseeing testing, commissioning, snagging and O&M documentation - Providing clear progress reports and identifying project risks Required experience: - Strong electrical project management background - Good knowledge of LV systems, distribution, lighting, containment and electrical upgrades - Experience working within occupied or live environments - Strong contractor and stakeholder-management skills - SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification - Relevant electrical or building-services qualification To discuss the role, contact Joe Firth: (phone number removed)
