Job Description * Carry out responsive maintenance and repair works across occupied and void social housing properties in the Barnsley area * Complete a variety of multi-trade tasks to a high standard, ensuring properties are maintained safely and efficiently * Work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team to complete jobs within agreed timescales * Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working within tenants' homes * Follow all health and safety procedures, including compliance with company policies and industry standards Requirements * Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader within a maintenance environment * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification * Valid CSCS Card * Experience within the social housing sector is desirable * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer * Opportunity for temp-to-perm employment * Company van provided following completion of shadowing with another trade * Long-term work with an established social housing contractor * Opportunity to develop within a supportive maintenance team
