Competitive salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) ~ Company-wide performance bonus ~25 days annual leave + bank holidays ~ Pension scheme ~ Private medical cover ~ Flexible & hybrid working options ~ Clear career progression and structured development ~ Cycle to work scheme Developing and managing BIM and digital engineering strategies across projects Producing and coordinating 3D models using Revit and associated digital tools Supporting MEP design teams with digital workflows and data management Preparing and maintaining project information models in line with BIM standards Collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary design teams Supporting continuous improvement of digital processes and standards Degree-qualified in Engineering, Digital Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline Experience working within MEP, building services, or consultancy environments Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows Confident IT skills with an interest in digital innovation and data-driven design Full UK driving licence preferred
