Site Manager - High-End Residential Project | Marlborough  We are working on behalf of a leading main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a flagship high-end residential development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established main contractor known for delivering premium residential project with exceptional finishes and attention to detail. The Role You will be responsible for managing a key section of works on a complex residential project, overseeing site operations from structural stages through to high-end internal finishes. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Driving programme and maintaining quality across all stages Managing health & safety in line with site requirements Reporting into the Project Manager and contributing to progress meetings Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use projects Ideally experience with RC frame structures (double basement exposure beneficial) Strong background in high-end finishing is essential Excellent organisational and communication skills Tickets Required SMSTS First Aid TWC (preferred) Location Marlborough  Rate DOE  If you are a Site Manager with a strong eye for detail and experience delivering high-spec projects, this is a great opportunity to get involved in a prestigious development.
