Marketing & Graphic Designer – £35,000 | Goldthorpe Full‑Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is excited to be recruiting a talented Marketing & Graphic Designer for a dynamic and growing manufacturing business in Goldthorpe. This opportunity is perfect for a creative professional who thrives on producing high‑quality visual content across digital, print and multimedia platforms. As a Marketing & Graphic Designer, you’ll take ownership of brand storytelling, campaign development and creative production. You’ll work closely with the CEO to elevate the company’s visual identity and deliver engaging, on‑brand content. What You’ll Be Doing * Produce graphics, layouts, illustrations, packaging artwork, brochures and digital assets * Support brand development and deliver consistent campaigns across web, social media and promotional materials * Manage creative projects, drafts, feedback and deadlines * Capture photography and video, including product shoots and drone footage * Prepare print‑ready artwork and liaise with printers * Update packaging files and ensure accuracy for design‑to‑print requirements What You’ll Bring * Graphic Design degree or equivalent * 2–3 years’ experience in an agency or in‑house studio * Strong portfolio showcasing polished, creative work * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop * Excellent attention to detail, layout and typography * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Desirable Skills * After Effects / Premiere Pro / video editing * Illustration or hand‑drawing ability * Understanding of web design and digital trends * Experience working within an SME environment This Marketing & Graphic Designer role offers creative autonomy, variety and the chance to shape a growing brand.
