This is a brilliant role for someone who wants to blend hands-on supportwith leadership, and who takes pride in doing things the right way.
The role You will support the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring staff deliver consistent, high-quality support aligned to individual care plans and person-centred goals.
You will help embed best practice, promote a positive performance culture, and maintain robust standards in safeguarding, medication management, and governance.
Key responsibilities: Provide operational leadership and strong management across shifts Drive a consistent, person-centred approachsupporting planning, reviews, transitions, and multi-disciplinary working to maximise quality of life.
Maintain strong compliance and quality standards, including safeguarding, risk assessment actions, information governance, and adherence to policies, legislation, and relevant codes of practice.
Oversee key operational controls, including medication stock/inventory processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective reporting on performance and service objectives.
Support the team through coaching, supervision, team communication, and ensuring training is embedded in practice.
