As a Restart Team Leader, you'll lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Employment Advisers to deliver outstanding outcomes for customers on the Restart Programme. You'll play a key role in driving performance, embedding a positive and high-performing culture, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of support to move into sustainable employment. Working closely with the Business Manager and wider support functions, including Employer Services, Integration, and Specialist Teams, you will help remove barriers, create opportunities, and enable meaningful progression for the people we support.
