Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 plus exceptional bonus

The Role

Join a progressive, highly ranked law firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor, handling various property disputes like landlord/tenant matters, boundary conflicts, and lease renewals. Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential).
/n
- Manage a diverse caseload independently.
/n
- Draft legal documents (pleadings, agreements, etc.).
/n
- Handle mediations, arbitrations, and court advocacy if required.
/n
- Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions.
/n
- Collaborate with colleagues and promote diversity and inclusion.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
/n
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.
/n
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and property legislation.
/n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
/n
- Client-focused and empathetic.
/n
