Quality Inspector Machinist

Thrive Oldham are delighted to be working with our well-established client in the Shipley area who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Inspector/ Machinist

The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.

What you will need to succeed:

• Proven knowledge and experience of programming languages.
• Quality Inspector Experience
• Performing visual and dimensional inspections of machined components using CMM equipment.
• Rejecting or accepting, in-process and finished items, tracking non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions
• Experience of Setting/ Milling/ Turning
• Good knowledge of machining techniques and appropriate tooling.
• Proven skills withing a multi-axis machining environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and process improvement techniques.
• lathes, producing high-precision components.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Mixed role Quality/ Machinist Role

Monday - Friday 7.30am-5pm with 45min dinner, early finish on Friday of 11am
