Site Manager

Site Manager – South London £45,000 – £50,000 We are working with a well-established contractor with a turnover of circa £50m, who are looking to bring in a Site Manager to oversee multiple small works projects across South London. This role will involve managing 3–4 sites at any one time, delivering refurbishment and maintenance schemes typically ranging from £50k – £100k. These are fast-paced projects with quick turnaround times, so strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously is key. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing 3–4 live sites across South London * Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget * Maintaining high standards of health & safety * Liaising with clients and reporting on progress Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment and maintenance * Comfortable managing multiple small works projects at once * Strong organisational and communication skills * Full UK driving licence (manual required) * Able to travel across South London This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, offering a varied role across multiple projects.
