Multiskilled Maintenance Technician Location: Sunderland Permanent staff role Salary: £44,745 base + shift allowance (£52,900+ average) Shift Pattern: * Day Shift: Mon–Thurs 07:00–15:10; Fri 07:00–15:05 * Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 15:05–23:15; Fri 15:05–23:10 * Night Shift: Sun 22:00–07:05+; Mon–Thurs 23:10–07:05+ Shift Allowances: * Late Shift Premium: +16% * Night Shift Premium: +39% Overtime is available and paid additionally: * 1.33x for Day Shift, 1.5x for Late/Night Shifts We’re looking for a proactive Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join a high-performing maintenance team within a manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do * Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across plant equipment & facilities * Diagnose & repair mechanical and electrical faults * Support compliance, inspections, and safety systems * Drive reliability through preventive maintenance & continuous improvement What We’re Looking For * Essential: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) + hands-on maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical) * Strong problem-solving & communication skills * Desirable: IOSH, Siemens S7 PLCs, ABB Robotics experience To be considered for this role click "apply" and submit a copy of your up to date CV
