Contract: Full Time | Term-time
Salary: £37,868 - £50,472 per annum

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning within either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where pupils feel motivated, challenged and supported to succeed.
Main Duties
Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Support the academic, social and emotional development of all pupils
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community
Participate fully in staff meetings, CPD and school events
Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of children at all timesAbout You
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching within a primary school setting
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development
Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
