Mazco Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Manual Turner to join a well-established precision engineering and toolmaking company based in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong manual machining and toolmaking experience looking for a stable night shift position with a great work-life balance. The Role * Operating XYZ Protrak lathes * Manual turning of precision components * Working from engineering drawings * Producing one-off and small batch components * Toolmaking and precision engineering work * Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy * Working independently on night shift Requirements * Previous experience as a Manual Turner * Experience operating XYZ Protrak lathes * Strong manual machining background * Toolmaking experience essential * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings * High attention to detail and quality standards * Self-motivated and capable of working independently Shift * Night Shift * Monday to Thursday Pay * £20.00 per hour basic * +25% shift allowance * Equivalent to £25.00 per hour Benefits * 4-day working week * Permanent opportunity * Stable and supportive working environment * Overtime opportunities available
