What you will do:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team assisting individuals on their journey towards recovery from substance misuse
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies that are catered to each individual's needs
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients and adjust care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support agencies to ensure holistic care for clients
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting in line with regulatory guidelines
- Provide regular training and guidance to team members to enhance service delivery
Requirements for the role:
Recent experience in handling substance misuse cases whether in substance abuse recovery drug and alcohol support needle exchange programs or other related areas. Relevant qualifications or certifications are essential to ensuring best practices and effective service delivery.
