Area Care operative

Area Care Operative 13.26/hr PAYE 16.72/hr Umb 37 hrs per week, 9-5 or 7-3 Responsibilities Working on the maintenance of external areas, communal parks, lawns, litter picking etc To be successful in this role you need a full UK Driving License. Though training may be available, experience or qualifications in the following areas are desirable. Cleansing operations experience. Use of ride on grass cutting machines. Use of handheld machinery i.e., Pedestrian grass cutters, Pedestrian Street sweepers, Strimmer/Hedge Trimmer/Air Blower etc. CPC driver qualified Asbestos awareness. First Aid at Work. Manual Handling.Desired PA1, PA6, PA6A & PA2, PA2A Chemical Application. Experience with Fine Turf maintenance i.e., Bowling Greens. Chainsaw use.
