AstheProductionSupervisor,youwillberesponsibleforsupervisingproductionoperatives,ensuringsmoothday-to-dayworkflow,andmaintaininghighstandardsofquality,safety,andefficiency.Thispositionrequiresaproactiveleaderwhocantrain,motivate,andmanageateamtoconsistentlymeetproductiontargets.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Organiseandsuperviseproductionstafftomaintainasteadyworkflowandachieveproductiontargets.
• Communicateexpectationsclearlyandprovidecoaching,feedback,andsupporttoteammembers.
• Trainanddevelopstaff,offeringopportunitiesforskillgrowthandprogression.
• Maintainproductionschedules,ensuringworkiscompletedontime.
• Monitorandevaluateproductionprocesses,implementingcost-savingstrategieswhereappropriate.
• Overseequalitycontrolchecksandensurealldocumentationisaccurateandsignedoff.
• Identifyandresolveproductionissuesquicklyandeffectively.
• Maintainequipmentconditionbyreportingrepairneedspromptly.
• Upholdhealth&safetystandardsandensureaclean,safeworkingenvironment.
• Manageperformancereviewsandappraisalsforproductionoperatives.
• Workcollaborativelywithotherdepartmentstosupportbusinessneeds.
• Analyseproductionrecordsandreportkeymetricstomanagement.
