This is an exciting opportunity for an Generalist / People Operations Advisor to contribute to the success of a well-established logistics organisation. You will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department Client Details This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle - helping to build high-performing, engaged and compliant teams Description Supporting managers with a wide range of people matters and employee relations cases Providing practical HR advice and guidance to employees and leadership teams Managing recruitment and onboarding activity, including ATS administration Supporting performance management, appraisals and probation processes Assisting with HR reporting, analytics and HRIS administration Supporting employee engagement, training and development initiatives Ensuring HR policies and processes remain compliant and consistently applied Supporting payroll administration, family leave processes and wider HR operations Helping drive a positive employee experience across multiple business units Profile A successful HR Generalist / People Operations Advisor should have: 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role Strong employee relations and stakeholder management experience Previous logistics, transport or operational environment experience is advantageous Confident using HRIS systems and Excel Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving business Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £43,000 per annum.
