Interim Operations Director: One Team, One Process (NI)

VanRath seeks an Interim Operations Director or Head of Operations to unify two operational teams into one scalable function in Northern Ireland. You will lead a 14-person team on-site and partner with the Mainland operations to standardise processes and workflows.

This role offers a choice between daily rate contracting or a fixed-term contract, depending on what works best for you. The remit focuses on end-to-end ownership and practical improvements in a fast-paced environment.
