Registered Manager Lowestoft, Suffolk £40,102 - £42,213 per annum 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Right Search Recruitment is proud to be working closely with a respected care provider offering supported living services across the UK. We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to oversee one of the providers supported living services in Suffolk. Based at the Lowestoft facility, the Service Manager will be responsible for supporting up to 20 clients with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury (ABI) Benefits: * 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 30 after 5 years) plus public holidays * Pension scheme with employer contributions * Discounts with major retailers and health plans * Life assurance and flexible working options * Cycle to Work scheme and opportunities for ongoing learning Key Responsibilities: * Lead service delivery and manage the team in collaboration with the Area Service Manager * Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies * Oversee service quality, financial performance, and manage budgets * Recruit, train, and support staff, ensuring flexibility in working hours * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Skills and experiences: • Proven experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service • Previous experience of working in a CQC regulated environment is preferable • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure • Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to support • Experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development • Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners To apply for the Registered Manager role please APPLY with your CV and someone from the team will be in touch
