Role Overview

We're hiring a Surface Technology Specialist to support the development, testing, and deployment of corrosion protection and surface treatments across aircraft programmes.

This role focuses on materials, coatings, and testing within a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support surface technologies and corrosion protection solutions
• Provide technical input on coatings, sealants, and surface treatments
• Support materials testing (corrosion, salt spray, environmental tests)
• Contribute to performance improvement and cost optimisation projects
• Ensure compliance with EHS and REACh standards
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams

Required Experience

• Experience in corrosion protection and surface technology xwzovoh
• Knowledge of metallic and composite materials
• Background in materials testing (e.g. salt spray, corrosion testing)
• Experience in aerospace or automotive environments
• Strong understanding of coatings, treatments, and sealants
