Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and equipment.
Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.
What Were Looking For:
Electrically or Mechanically qualified, to HNC level.
Proven track record in managing maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
Location : Easily commutable from most areas of the Northeast
