Contract Manager

Position: Contract Manager Location: Static site in the WC1 area of London Duration: Permanent Salary: From £50,000 to £60,000 plus package (subject to experience level) We are looking for an experienced Facilities Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position based on a large static site in London. This position will be working on a very prestigious site alongside other contract managers and a large number of engineers. The right person for this position will already have experience working as a Building Services/ Facilities Management Contract Manager. They will have experience managing static or van mobile engineers as well as running a multi million pound service contract. This service contract will be dealing with a large number of student accommodation buildings on this site as well as other commercial buildings. It would be a major bonus if this contract manager already has experience working on student accommodation buildings. Due to the nature of this position, we do require this contract manager to come from a technical building services background Requirements Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance Experience as a Contract Manager Happy to work on a large static site Technical maintenance background (mechanical or electrical) Experience with student accommodation would be a major advantage Worked on multi million pound service contracts Package Excellent basic salary 25 days holiday KPI driven annual bonus Pension If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP SER-IN
