Project Director

Project Director Location: London Sector: Data Centre Salary: £140,000 – £150,000 + Package The Opportunity A rare opportunity for a Project Director to join a specialist contractor delivering major defence, data centre and industrial projects. This role will focus on leading a large-scale project and operational teams, ensuring delivery across programme, commercial, quality and client objectives. You’ll play a key leadership role within the business, overseeing complex schemes and supporting long-term client relationships. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Leading project teams on a major construction scheme. * Managing operational delivery from pre-construction through to completion. * Driving programme, commercial and quality performance. * Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement. * Leading project planning and risk management. * Supporting procurement and subcontractor management. * Managing project reporting and delivery strategy. * Supporting and mentoring operational teams. * Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained. About You * Tier 1 project delivery experience on £50m+ schemes. * Strong understanding of MEP delivery and D&B construction. * Proven leadership experience across major projects. * Strong commercial and operational awareness. * Experience working with NEC and JCT contracts. * Degree qualified or equivalent construction background. * Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
