Painter & Decorator - Edinburgh (New Build Housing) Location: Edinburgh Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour Hours: 38-40 hours per week Contract: Temporary (with potential for permanent opportunity) Avenue Scotland are currently recruiting experienced Painters & Decorators for ongoing work on new build housing developments in Edinburgh. Duties Include: Internal painting and decorating on new build homes Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding and taping Applying emulsion, gloss and finishing coats to a high standard Snagging and finishing works Keeping work areas clean and tidy Working to site deadlines and quality standards Requirements: Previous experience in painting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Own tools and transport beneficialPlease apply or contact Millie on (phone number removed) INDPERM
