Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner

Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking for the next step in your career, or an NQ Solicitor keen to build a career in Private Client? This isn't simply an administrative paralegal position. The aim is to develop the successful candidate into someone who can confidently manage their own matters, build strong client relationships and take increasing responsibility for a varied caseload. The Role You will become involved in a broad range of Private Client matters, with the level of responsibility tailored to your existing experience.  Court of Protection experience would be particularly advantageous, although applications will also be considered from candidates with strong Wills, Probate or other relevant Private Client experience. Who Are They Looking For? This role would suit an experienced Private Client Paralegal who has reached the point where they want more responsibility and a clear route to progression, rather than remaining in a purely support-based position. It would also suit an NQ Solicitor looking to establish themselves within Private Client, with the opportunity to develop a specialist caseload and work closely with experienced practitioners.
