Project Manager

Project Manager needed. CAT B. Mid May start. 🔵 £10m scheme. 24 weeks. Tier 1 D&B contractor. You will have full control of day to day delivery with a Construction Manager and two Site Supervisors reporting directly into you. You report into a visiting Director and that is it. 🔵 The contractor running this is among the best in the industry and they need someone who matches that standard. 🔵 What they are looking for is straightforward. Someone who is completely unflappable under pressure, can operate at serious pace and has a proven track record of delivering high value projects within tight programmes. If your portfolio does not back that up this probably is not the role for you. 🔵 If it does, this is a genuinely rare opportunity to come in on a freelance basis, have real autonomy and make a visible impact on a significant scheme
