Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality wood components according to technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and finishing wooden panels
* Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work instructions
* Load raw materials (e.g., MDF, plywood, solid wood) onto machines
* Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
* Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
Requirements
* Proven experience operating CNC machinery (preferably in woodworking)
* Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Knowledge of wood materials and machining processes
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Good problem-solving and mechanical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working pattern: 2pm-12.15am Monday-Thursday
