German Speaking Customer Coordinator
Location: Dover
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

The Company:
An international, leading company in the freight sector.

Main duties:
To make and manage bookings for clients on ferry services

The Role:
- Providing high quality customer service
- Making telephone calls to existing clients
- Processing enquiries promptly and accurately
- Liaising with the sales and administration departments for quotes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communications skills
- IT literate
- Good attention to detail

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
