Freelance Site Manager - Poole We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support an upcoming retail new-build project, scheduled to run for approximately 34 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and proactive Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within live or operational environments. Key Requirements Strong experience working in live/operational environments Excellent site leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage programmes, subcontractors, and site teams effectively Certifications Required CSCS Card SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations from start to completion Manage subcontractors, labour, and site activities Ensure full health & safety compliance on site Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Monitor programme, progress, and site reportingLinsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
