Senior Contracts Executive Hotels

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Contracts Executive to join a fast growing, high energy contracting team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping group travel programmes across the UK & Ireland.

Senior Contracts Executive duties :

• Negotiating competitive rates and securing hotel space for group bookings and series tours supporting the contracts manager.
• Building and managing strong relationships with hotels and service suppliers
• Working closely with internal teams to place groups and maximise opportunities
• Managing allocations, availability, and ensuring all details are accurately captured
• Identifying opportunities to optimise space, reduce risk, and drive commercial value
• Supporting sales initiatives with offers and solutions for unsold inventory

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in inbound UK travel, group travel, hotel reservations - dealing with rate negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland destinations (Scotland & Ireland a plus)
• A confident negotiator with a commercial mindset
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
