Looking to work on modern cloud-based products using the latest tech, not legacy maintenance? Want to join a high-growth SaaS business where your work genuinely shapes the product roadmap?
If so, this could be worth a look.
The Business:
Join a profitable and fast-growing SaaS business providing a cloud-based retail platform used by specialist retailers across the UK and internationally. Competing with major tech players, the business has carved out a strong market position and is now entering an exciting phase of international growth.
With a highly engaged team and a product-first culture, this is a business where innovation is encouraged, ideas are heard, and engineering plays a key role in shaping the future of the platform.
The Role:
As Software Developer, you'll join a collaborative development team working on both improving existing architecture and building new products and features. Using modern technologies including .NET, Vue.js, Docker and Azure, you'll contribute to scalable, high-quality software that supports a growing international customer base.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, writing clean code, and working in an environment where quality and continuous improvement are genuinely valued. There is also scope to mentor more junior developers and play a part in shaping best practice across the team.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and enhance cloud-based software products as part of an agile development team.
- Build high-quality, well-tested code following best practice and code review standards.
- Work across new feature development, architecture improvements and product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product and project teams in sprint delivery.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and help drive continuous improvement across development practices.
About You:
- Strong commercial experience with C# and Microsoft .NET, including .NET Core and WebAPI.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework and version control tools such as Git.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to quality and detail.
- Collaborative, proactive and keen to keep learning.
- Experience with Azure, Vue.js or Docker would be a bonus.
The Package:
- £50,000 depending on experience.
- 31 days holiday including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.
- Private healthcare including dental, optical and mental health support.
- Exposure to modern technologies and dedicated time to explore new ones.
- Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities.
- Meritocratic culture where results and contribution are recognised. xwzovoh
