In what is a really exciting time for our business, we have a new opportunity for a Product Expert to join our team. Our Product Experts are dedicated to driving customer value and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on proactive engagement, strategic consultation, and expertise-driven training to maximize customer success and foster long-term relationships.
As a Product Expert, you’re at the heart of our customers’ success. You’ll deliver expert guidance, hands-on support, and personalised 1:1 training across the Force24 and SoAmpli platforms, helping customers get the most from their investment.
You’ll lead tailored training sessions, drive adoption, and build confidence, while also acting as a trusted advisor, supporting onboarding, answering questions, and solving problems. Your role directly powers our promise of “free training and support for life.”
What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Success
• Be the go-to expert for customers via live chat, email, and phone.
• Drive issues to resolution, keeping customers informed and supported every step of the way.
• Share best practice tips and actionable guidance to help customers succeed.
Onboarding, Training & Adoption
• Own end-to-end onboarding, setting customers up for success from day one.
• Deliver engaging, tailored 1:1 training sessions that drive adoption and value.
• Spot knowledge gaps, recommend training, and teach advanced features and best practices to customers.
• Keep customers confident and capable with product, expertise & enablement
• Translate customer needs into clear, practical guidance.
• Demonstrate the platform with energy, confidence, and clarity.
• Act as an internal expert, sharing insights and updates to keep the team ahead.
Content & Knowledge Sharing
• Create content that educate, help hub articles, guides, videos, and training materials.
• Work with marketing and product teams to make sure content matches what customers need, feeding directly into our products roadmap.
