Contracts Manager Location: Bristol Sector: Regional Main Contractor Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a highly respected regional contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Bristol and the South West. This role offers the chance to oversee multiple projects and site teams within a business known for quality delivery, strong client relationships and a long-standing reputation within the market. You’ll play a key operational role, supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion while helping develop and mentor site teams. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously. * Managing Site Managers and operational teams. * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. * Supporting pre-construction planning and delivery strategy. * Maintaining strong client and consultant relationships. * Monitoring quality, programme and commercial performance. * Managing subcontractor performance and project coordination. * Supporting project reporting and operational planning. * Driving health & safety standards across projects. About You * Experience as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment. * Strong operational background across construction projects. * Proven ability managing multiple live sites. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Commercial awareness and programme management ability. * Experience delivering projects across the South West preferred.
