Composite Laminator

Our client is seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a leading team within the automotive sector on a long-term contract until the end of 2026. This role is ideal for skilled laminators with a background in Formula 1, motorsport, or high-end composite manufacturing. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals Trim, bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with engineers and team leads to meet production targets Requirements: Proven experience as a laminator in F1, motorsport, or aerospace Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques Ability to work night shifts and weekend days consistently Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Long-term, stable contract Opportunity to work on elite motorsport projects Supportive and dynamic team environmentRates: Days from £28.20 UMB (£21.06 PAYE) Nights from £32.43 UMB (£24.22 PAYE) Weekends from £33.84 UMB (£25.27 PAYE) Shifts: 6x Nights - 18:00-04:30 (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri) 1x Wkend Days - 06:00-18:30 (Fri-Sun) If you are a skilled Composite Laminator with experience in the automotive or motorsport sector, we encourage you to apply now and join a leading team in the industry
