Responsibilities: Provide pastoral support to sixth form students. Support students with SEND to achieve their full potential. Monitor attendance, behaviour and progress. Work closely with teaching staff, families and external agencies. Assist with transition, interventions and student wellbeing. Requirements: Experience working with secondary or post-16 students. Strong understanding of SEND provision. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in pastoral or student support roles desirable
