Location: Chester
Duration: May 2026 – December 2026 (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: £393.44 Umbrella / £288.55 PAYE per day
Key Responsibilities
1. Industrial Performance & Environmental Assessment Support
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data collection, analysis, and Pareto assessments
Facilitation of MFT Kaizen workshops and IPEA / Process Value Stream Mapping exercises
Categorisation of Value-Added (VA) and Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities
Identification of waste streams to drive continuous improvement opportunities
This will be followed by:
Defining a structured business improvement methodology and associated milestones
Estimating CapEx requirements and supporting planning activities
Leading the launch of environmental sustainability initiatives across key areas, including:
Energy / CO2
Waste
Water
Driving projects through to maturity and ensuring measurable benefit realisation
2. Heat Recovery Feasibility Studies
Compilation and delivery of two detailed heat recovery xwzovoh feasibility studies
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions
Robust project management capability, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously
