Bold ideas, high-spec finishes, and a design team who definitely aren’t playing it safe. Your role: Supporting the Senior QS with procurement and packages Keeping costs under control (while they try to evolve…) Assisting with valuations, variations, and cost reporting Managing subcontractors and their very confident pricing Turning “we’ve just added something” into something you can costThe setup: Based in Weybridge Future work across the Basingstoke → Oxford corridor No two days the same - and that’s not always a good thing…What they’re looking for: Experience as an Assistant or Project QS Some exposure to residential projects (super-prime is a bonus) Organised, commercially aware, and comfortable thinking on your feet Able to ask the important question: “Have we priced that… properly?”The business: You’ll be joining a reputable main contractor with a long-standing presence in the super-prime sector - delivering some of the UK’s most ambitious high-end homes. The kind of project where you step back at the end and think: “…we actually built that.” What to expect: The ideas will be bold. The details will be relentless.
