We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Newcastle upon Tyne branch and help drive business growth through successful 360 recruitment and business development activity. The Role This is a fast-paced and rewarding 360 recruitment role, where you will manage the full recruitment cycle while building and developing strong client relationships. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, sourcing quality candidates, and delivering outstanding service to both clients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and win new business opportunities within the local healthcare market Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct proactive sales activity including calls, meetings, and networking Grow existing accounts and maximise branch revenue opportunities 360 Recruitment Manage the full recruitment process from candidate attraction to placement Source, screen, and interview healthcare candidates Match candidates to suitable roles and client requirements Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available workers Manage candidate onboarding and compliance processes Performance & Growth Work towards and exceed recruitment and sales targets Maintain excellent service standards for clients and candidates Contribute to the continued success and growth of the branch What We’re Looking For Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-focused role Strong communication and relationship-building skills A target-driven and commercially focused mindset Confidence in business development and sales activity Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment Highly organised with good attention to detail Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive salary with uncapped commission Career progression opportunities within a growing business Ongoing training and development Supportive and collaborative team environment The opportunity to build a successful recruitment career Why Join Nurseplus?
