Through Hole Solderer

We are urgently seeking an experienced Through-Hole Solderer to join a busy and growing team based near Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong soldering skills looking for a stable role with a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities for the Through-Hole Solderer:  Performing high-quality through-hole soldering to IPC standards Assembling electronic components onto PCBs Inspecting and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards Working from technical drawings and instructions Supporting production targets and deadlinesRequirements for the Through-Hole Solderer Role: Proven experience in through-hole soldering Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and follow technical drawings IPC certification (preferred but not essential) Reliable and able to work as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer for the successful Through-Hole Solderer: Competitive hourly rate starting at £13.00ph + DOE 4-day working week (Monday–Thursday) Long weekends every week (Friday–Sunday off) Interested in this role as Through-Hole Solderer? Please contact Holt Engineering for more information OR Apply now with your CV
