We have two vacancies for this role on opposite shifts A Shift - Sunday-Tuesday, alternate Wednesday B Shift - Thursday-Saturday, alternate Wednesday We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Coordinator to support site administration functions and act as the first point of contact for frontline queries across the site. This is a key role supporting operational efficiency, production planning, stock control, and communication across departments. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager to help maintain high standards in safety, compliance, customer service, and operational performance. Main Responsibilities * Support the Production Manager with data entry and reporting to assist with business performance analysis and site efficiencies * Track site order deliveries and escalate issues where required * Participate actively in Health & Safety activities and lead by example across the site * Support Health & Safety audits when required * Complete daily stock takes to ensure accurate counts for order processing and grading plans * Assist with daily grading plans and organise outloading stock for production teams * Provide support with quality processes when required * Support food safety standards on site and escalate concerns appropriately * Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner * Support operational teams to maintain efficient workflow and prevent delays or shortages * Assist the Production Manager in ensuring teams follow processes and maintain system compliance What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: * Organised and detail-oriented * Confident communicating with different teams and customers * Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment * Proactive with a positive, hands-on approach * Able to work independently and as part of a team You will receive: * Company sick pay * Opportunity for overtime and overtime bonuses * Life assurance cover * Critical illness cover * Health and well-being initiatives * Free potatoes * Continuous training * Free onsite parking * Career development opportunities
