Social Housing Plumber / Wet worker Location: North London Contract: Full-time / Permanent Salary: £35k - £37k depending on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber/Wet worker to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works for a well-known Social Housing client of ours. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out plumbing and wet trade repairs in occupied properties * Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipework, * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations * Cylinder, Radiator and 2-3 port valve work * Providing excellent customer service to tenants Essential Requirements * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing * Proven experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance * Good knowledge of health & safety regulations * Ability to work independently and manage your workload * Full UK driving licence * Strong communication and customer service skills What is offered * Steady, long-term work * Company vehicle and fuel card * Tools and uniform provided * Paid holidays and pension scheme How to Apply If you are a skilled plumber/wet worker looking for a stable role within social housing, we’d love to hear from you.
