Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious New Homes Sales Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry, with clear progression into client relationship management and potential future sales responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the New Homes sales team
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and property listings
  • Compile and maintain pricing reports and sales data
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns for new developments
  • Attend meetings alongside senior leadership to gain exposure to business strategy and client management
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and sales progress


Development & Progression:

This role is designed as a stepping stone into a more senior position. xwzovoh You will work closely with the Director, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to develop your understanding of:

  • Developer relationships
  • Business development strategies
  • Winning and retaining new homes instructions


There will also be the opportunity, if desired, to progress into a sales role and actively sell properties in the future.


Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Interest in the property or real estate sector
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous experience in property, sales, or marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
