Sales Executive – Facade & Steel Solutions Office & Field Based (North West) Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 My client is a growing facade and steel manufacturing and supply business, working with contractors and developers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Executive to support and expand their client base. This role will suit a confident and driven individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and working within the construction sector. The Role * Generating new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn * Developing relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and developers * Managing and growing a pipeline of enquiries and leads * Following up quotations and converting opportunities into orders * Attending client meetings and site visits when required * Supporting the wider commercial team in securing projects What They’re Looking For * 4–5 years’ experience in a sales role * Confident communicator, particularly over the phone * Proactive approach to generating and developing leads * Strong organisational skills and follow-up discipline * Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital platforms * Professional, reliable, and presentable * Full UK driving licence preferred Experience within construction, facades, steel, or building materials is advantageous but not essential.
