Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary SEN school in Lambeth, supporting pupils with complex needs including autism and learning difficulties. This is an opportunity in a well-resourced, nurturing environment where every day is rewarding and impactful. You will be: • Supporting learning and development across the primary age range • Working alongside experienced teachers, SEN staff, and therapists • Helping pupils build communication, independence, and confidence • Providing personal care where required The school is ideally looking for male Teaching Assistants, or strong female candidates with solid SEN school experience, who are confident in a hands-on role. Daily supply opportunities are available and can often lead to long-term or permanent positions. We’re looking for proactive, resilient individuals who are truly passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
