About the role

Quantity Surveyor The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be embedded across a varied portfolio of contractor-led infrastructure works, providing both traditional commercial management and broader strategic support across live and pre-construction projects. You will have involvement in: Cost planning and budget control Applications, valuations, variations and final accounts Commercial reporting and forecasting Subcontract procurement and account management Contract administration under NEC / JCT forms Risk management and value recovery Change management and commercial problem solving Supporting claims, delays and dispute-related matters This role offers far more variety than a standard project-based QS position, with the chance to work alongside highly experienced commercial professionals on technically challenging assignments nationwide. You will ideally have: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Previous experience within infrastructure, civils, utilities, rail or contractor-led construction Strong NEC or JCT contractual knowledge Experience with subcontractor accounts, valuations and cost reporting Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A motivated, solutions-led and ambitious approach Candidates looking to move from contractor environments into a more diverse setting are strongly encouraged to apply
